Services:

All of our solar cleaning products are eco-friendly, 100% biodegradable and have been independently tested and certified for solar panels by independent laboratories. These products has been proven safe for all panel components (e.g., aluminium frame, anti-reflective coating, and silicone seals), they do not interfere with light transmission, and the antistatic and anti-adherent coating effectively reduces dust build-up and adhesion. Meaning less maintenance less often.

Booking directly through the Solar Care booking system will give you a pricing estimate. Small adjustments may be required once onsite, based on access, roof type, height of building etc. But more often, provided the information is accurate, the estimated price is correct.

All of our works are provided under full Australian consumer warranty and are performed by appropriately qualified and insured technicians.

Inspection

Onsite inspection of your solar array, the connections, the frame and the panels all get an inspection. We check for damage, loose connections and fittings as well as the panel soilage. Photographs are taken of all of these elements, as well as the immediate roofing structure around the array. All of these photographs are compiled into a report, which we take you through. You then determine if you want us to complete any required maintenance work.

While we’re up there, we’ll also note and photograph any issues we see with the roof structure (sheets, screws, tiles) guttering and services. Any issues, we’ll take photos to show you.

Maintenance

For the clean, we begin with the inspection as outlined above. We also take a reading from your inverter to gain a baseline efficiency from your system. We will safely access the rooftop, secure ourselves and any apparatus, and pre-soak your panels with our 100% biodegradable eco-friendly solution. Then we get our water powered soft bristle rotating scrubbing head onto the panels to ensure we get everything off the panel surface. The specialised solar panel solutions is approved by solar panel manufacturers, proven safe for all panel components (e.g., aluminium frame, anti-reflective coating, and silicone seals).

Upon completion, we will take a closing report with photographs, evidence of the works performed, as well as give you a suggested repetition schedule. We take a closing measurement from your solar inverter to assess the improvement from the clean. These steps give you peace of mind that a quality job has been undertaken and that once again your solar system is working at peak efficiency.
